Push-In Bevel Plugs CP Series

Information

These silicone plugs are designed to be pushed into place with a tool (Robertson screwdriver or T-bar Allen key) into common metric threaded holes as high temperature painting masks. These plugs will keep the lead in bevel and the threads clear of paint and are easily remove by pulling the “E” dimension pull tab.

Multi-Level Thread Plug SMFP Series

Information

The SMFP series is designed to plug two or more internal metric threads including the bevel as a paint mask. These plugs are made in high temperature silicone for powder coating applications.

Silicone Washer Plugs WP Series

Information

Intended for use during powder coating where an area around the hole requires masking. The plugs are double ended for versatility, ease of fitting and removal. Withstands temperatures to 315°C / 600°F. Reusable.

Silicone Blind Hole Thread Plugs BTP Series

Information

Plug flange designed to mask off the lead-in chamfer of blind threaded holes. These plugs are designed with a pull tab for easy removal. The plug diameter (A) should be at least 5% larger that the hole diameter. Temperature resistant up to 315°C / 600°F.

Silicone Cones SCN Series

Information

Silicone Weld Nut Pull Plugs SFPP Series

Information

The pull plugs rim (C dimension) will mask off countersinks or thread lead-in-bevels. The B dimension diameter will compress to provide a tight seal. The rim is designed to compress for removal by pulling the part through the hole using the pull tab.

Silicone Dual Flange Pull Plugs DFP Series

Information

These pull plugs are ideal for masking weld nuts or other threaded through hole applications for painting or weld splatter. Plugs mask off the threat chamfer, first and last threads. Flangless Masks FM Series

Information

This product line is specifically designed to mask threaded holes, including the top thread, without masking the surrounding area. The tapered ribs and hollow core allow for many different size holes to be masked, regardless of the thread pitch. Will withstand 315°C / 600°F.

Tapered Silicone Plugs CSP Series

Information

The tapered design will fit a variety of hole diameters and will compress for better sealing of threaded and unthreaded holes. The major diameter of the taper (D) should be at least 15% larger than the hole diameter. Recommended for powder coating. This material also offers excellent chemical resistance. Silicone is rated for 315C/600F curing temperatures and durable for repeat uses.

Silicone Washer Pull Plugs WPP Series

Information

Recommended for masking off through holes when a surface area around the hole is to uncoated for grounding purposes. When pulled into a though hole the plug body (B) will compress to create a tight seal. The plug body (B) should be at least 4-5% larger than the hole to be plugged. These washer pull plugs will fit metric or standard threaded holes. Temperature resistant up to 315C/600F and durable for repeat use.

Silicone Pull Plugs SPP Series

Information

Recommended for masking holes when hole can be reached from both sides when powder coating. When pulled through holes, the larger diameter (A) stretches and diameter compresses until released providing a tight seal, even helping to plug the thread chamfers on threaded applications. The major diameter (A) of the pull plug should be at least 4-5% larger than the hole to be plugged. Temperature resistant up to 315 C / 600 F and durable for repeat use.

Hollow Tapered Pull Plugs HCSP-PT Series

Information

The tapered design will fit a variety of hole diameters and will compress for better sealing of threaded and unthreaded holes.  The “B” dimension of the O.D. taper of the plug should be at least 15% larger than the hole diameter to be plugged. Recommended for powder coating. This material also offers excellent chemical resistance. Silicone is rated for 315C/600F curing temperatures and durable for repeat uses. Removes easily with pull tab.
