Product Description Our amber Kapton polyimide tape has a film backing and is single side coated, with a silicone pressure sensitive adhesive. Tape Application Caps N Plugs' amber Kapton Polymide Masking Tape is an ideal masking tape for wave soldering of electronics, electrical part coating, coil insulation binding in transformers and very high temperature (powder or other) coating operations. We stock logs of Kapton Polymide for slitting to the required roll width and cut rolls of the most popular widths for immediate shipment.
