Centre-Tab Pull Plugs

Information

This tapered plug features a well-engineered centre-pull tab that extends above the flange area, making it easy to grasp and remove from a variety of threaded and non-threaded ports. Ideal for fitting with internal o-rings. Centre-pull tab will not break off during removal. When used as a Plug: "B" dimension should be at least .020" more than diameter to be plugged.

GRO Series

Information

Mechanical protection for tubing, shafts, rods and cables as they pass through holes in sheet metal is provided by Series GRO grommets. Easily snapped in place, they are held securely by a molded bead until deliberately removed.
U.L. approved for applications up to 221°F (105°C).

Tapered Series

Information

The tapered design of this product allows them to function as both Cap and Plug. For caps, the "C" Dimension must be at least .020" less than the diameter to be capped. For plugs, the "B" dimension must be at least .020" greater than opening. Heat resistance, 180-200 Farhenheit. Standard Color is Orange.

Core Plugs

Information

CP Series: Core Plugs
The CP series Core Plugs have 12 supporting ribs and are designed to fit all types of paper cores. Moulded of high-impact thermoplastic resins with lugs on the circumference to compensate for variations in the I.D. of the paper cores.

AP Series: Anchor Plugs
The AP series Anchor Plugs are a variation of Core Plug designed specifically to create spools. These plugs have tabs on the O.D. to dig into the paper core and permanently lock into place so the spool will not separate from the paper core.
